  IGPASC: Over 90% of NWL’s Assets May Possibly Be Confiscated

On October 4^th the Ill-Gotten Party Assets Settlement Commission (IGPASC) under the Cabinet will hold the first public hearing on whether the assets of the National Women's League (NWL) are ill-gotten assets.

The IGPASC made public on September 21^st its investigation report, pointing out that NWL’s greatest source of finance was troop-cheering surcharges on imports. An estimate based on the data provided by NWL would indicate that in the future, over 90% of its assets could possibly face confiscation.
