 KMT’s Candidates, Han, Hou & Lu, Appear on Same Stage in Taichung

On November 15, Han Kuo-yu (韓國瑜), Hou You-yi (侯友宜) and Lu Shiow-yen (盧秀燕), the KMT’s candidates in the mayoral races of Kaohsiung, New Taipei City and Taichung, respectively, appeared on the same stage in Taichung to sign a “joint cooperation declaration on city governance.”

Han stressed that the fact the candidates in the three cities joined hands was very meaningful, adding that owing to the DPP’s wayward governance, the people needed to do their part in rescuing Taiwan’s future.

Lu stated that their appearance on the same stage aimed at winning a majority of the six municipalities in the upcoming elections, adding that they not only would help improve one another’s electoral prospects before the election, but also would closely cooperate after the election.

Hou criticized the DPP for continuing to play electioneering trickery, calling on constituents to drum up support and vote for the KMT.
