Sun An-tso (孫安佐), the eighteen year-old son of Taiwanese entertainers Sun Peng (孫鵬) and Di Ying (狄鶯), was deported to Taiwan 260 days after detainment in the US. Sun, who was suspected to be involved in terror threat and possession of firearms, was detained while entering into a plea bargain. Sun arrived at the Taoyuan International Airport yesterday night, and was taken to the Shilin District Prosecutors’ Office under police custody. He was released after questioning with restrictions on his residence, and was prohibited from leaving the country and from taking boat rides.

Sun, who was a student in the US, was charged with making terror threats after he told his classmates he planned to shoot up his school in March this year, and in June Sun was charged by US district attorney with being an alien in possession of ammunition. The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania sentenced Sun to more than 200 days in prison.
