 Tsai Brags about Offshore Wind Power Generation/Experts Lambast, Saying Still Cheating People

On October 12^th, Century Steel inaugurated the Taipei harbor offshore wind power generation facility. During her remarks, President Tsai Ing-wen indicated that energy transformation would bring us three major opportunities:

The first is a new energy source; renewable energy development is marching down the right path, and in 2025, green energy would occupy 20%. The second is new commercial opportunities. The entire offshore wind power generation industry could create NT$1.2 trillion in industry value. The third is new employment opportunities. The whole offshore wind power generation industry would bring us 20,000 jobs.

However, Blue camp energy experts criticized her remarks, saying that now even foreign operators all expressed that it would be impossible for “domestic manufacture” of offshore wind power generation, how long would the Tsai government keep cheating the public?
