December 10, 2019

Supported by exports of electronic tech products, Taiwan’s exports and imports for November were reversed from decline to growth. The amount of exports rose 3.3% from a year earlier to US$28.58 billion, the highest in 13 months, ending declines for the past two months. Beatrice Tsai (蔡美娜), Director-General of Statistics under the Ministry of Finance (MOF), indicated that Taiwan’s exports would turn to gently increase, so December exports were projected to maintain growth.
