  KMT Caucus to Petition CGJ for Judicial Review on Constitutionality of Anti-Infiltration Act

The Anti-Infiltration Bill was promulgated into law yesterday and scheduled to go into effect starting tomorrow. However, Tseng Ming-chung (曾銘宗), KMT legislative party whip, pointed out that as the complementary measures of the new law had come after its promulgation, coupled with the lack of any designation of the competent government agency and the lack of redress channels, the KMT caucus had decided, by resolution, to petition the Council of Grand Justices (CGJ) under the Judicial Yuan for a judicial review on the constitutionality of the Anti-Infiltration Act.
