On July 20, the KMT exposed a confidential telegram sent in 2017 by the Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO) in Indonesia to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), accusing Su Jia-chyuan (蘇嘉全), now secretary-general to the President, and his nephew, DPP legislator Su Chen-ching (蘇震清), along with high-echelon executives of several state-owned enterprises, of meeting with top officials of the Indonesian government through strings pulled by Yang Luck International Manpower Group to pursue personal gains by bypassing TETO in Indonesia in 2017 when the elder Su was Legislative Speaker.

Yesterday, Huang Tzu-che (黃子哲), deputy director of the KMT's Culture and Communications Committee, criticized that “the national team pushing for the Tsai Ing-wen government’s new southward policy” had turned into “the Su family team.”

In addition, Huang pointed out that in addition to Yang Luck, its Chairman Kao Shou-tao (高壽濤) owned three more corporations, i.e., Chang Long Human Resource, Ching Iuan International Co., and Yang Luck’s subsidiary Yang Chieh International Co. Huang went on to expose that the three corporations under Kao’s name always submitted bids to public tenders issued by state-owned enterprises, and they had won over NT$1 billion contracts to date.

Huang urged the Foreign Ministry and the two Sus to explain those matters to the public.
