KMT Appoints Mo Tien-hu as Secretary-General of the Party

The KMT Central Standing Committee on May 4 approved Chairwoman Hung Hsiu-chu’s (洪秀柱) appointment of Mo Tien-hu (莫天虎) as KMT Secretary-General.
Mo, who currently serves as director-general of the National Immigration Agency, will assume his new KMT post on May 9 after retiring from his government post.
