KMT incoming chairman Wu Den-yih (吳敦義) has scheduled four seminars from July 25 to 28 with different groups of KMT legislators in order to make recommendations and discuss strategies to handle the incoming Legislative Yuan's (LY) reviews on the special budget bill for the Forward-looking Infrastructure Construction Plan during the third extraordinary session of the LY and the pension reforms for military slated for the next regular legislative session. After the seminars, the party central will map out strategies in the fight with the DPP over the two issues, as well as tactics in winning the support of public opinion.

Yesterday, during the second seminar, Wu asked KMT legislators to keep a close eye on the Non-profit Corporations bill and the Religious Group Bill, adding that despite being a minority party in the LY, the KMT still needed to speak for the majority of the people concerning the special budget for the forward-looking plan.
