Whether Han Kuo-yu can represent the KMT in the 2020 presidential race not only concerns whether the KMT can regain power, but more importantly whether the Republic of China’s politics can be reformed, whether the current politics controlled by the rich and powerful can be thoroughly overturned to become a quality democracy, a veritable historic trial for serving the common masses.
