Opinion Poll on Mainland Policy and Cross-Strait Consultation

Do you know that Taiwan has established the Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) and the Mainland has established the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait (ARATS) as the institutions for both sides to deal with issues related cross-Strait relations?

SEF Chairman Chiang Pin-kung and his counterpart Chen Yun-lin, Chairman of the ARATS, signed two agreements in June. One established cross-Strait weekend charter flights and the other allows more Mainland tourists to visit Taiwan. Do you think these developments are beneficial to cross-Strait relations?
