King Pu-tsung Nominated as KMT Secretary-General

KMT Chairman Ma Ying-jeou nominated King Pu-tsung as KMT Secretary-General during the Central Standing Committee meeting this afternoon, and Chan Chun-po, who doubled as Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, would remain as Vice Chairman.  This appointment was approved in the Central Standing Committee today; post-factum concurrence by the Central Committee would be required.
