The Mainland is well-prepared to export supplies, medical treatment and experiences for countering the pandemic to all countries around the world. This situation of turning around is just like what was reported in the New York Times: "China is actively turning around its image of an autocratic pandemic incubator, hoping to play the role of a responsible world power at a critical juncture"; "In this natural disaster and public health event, China has assumed a leading role.”

The COVID-19 virus originated in the East, but wreaked heavy havoc on Western countries, creating a historic tipping point. The post-pandemic new international order has entered labor pains; China's strength in leadership has increased significantly.
