TVBS Opinion Poll on Ma-Xi Summit

According the latest survey conducted by TVBS after the Ma-Xi Summit, 55% of the respondents stated that the Ma-Xi Summit would aid the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations, 29% thought it would have no effect and 16% declined to answer.
Moreover, 47% of the respondents said that they approved of the Ma-Xi Summit, 28% disapproved, and 25% had no opinion.
The survey also showed that 45% of the respondents think that the Ma-Xi Summit was advantageous to Taiwan, 28% disadvantageous, and 27% expressed no opinion.
The latest poll was conducted on November 8, 2015, with 1,026 people successfully surveyed. The margin of error associated with this sampling is plus or minus 3.1 with a 95 % confidence interval.
